I LOVE this Rare Gray lamp, and will be buying more of them! They have a great look and are fantastic in the bedroom bc they aren't as bright. I'm light sensitive, and on the lowest setting (with their good dimmer - see my review of dimmers, which can vary a lot) I can sleep with it on all night. One of our cats, Oliver, like posing near it too, see photo. :-) Ours arrived with the seal on the box already broken. I was wrapping it as a gift, so I checked in with Caroline on their Support Team, to see if I needed to inspect it (I had already wrapped it). She assured me if there were any issues they would take care of them, and the lamp ended up being fine. Caroline helped with a number of issues and questions I had (see my other reviews), and she was fantastic!

After reading some of the reviews I was quite nervous ordering this piece. Only issue I did experience was a ship notice was emailed to me with a tracking number, and after a week it wasn’t showing as been handed to USPS. I contacted the company and the following day it was on the road (finally!). It was worth the weight. This piece is very heavy. There were no chips or damage to the salt rock. I’ve only had it switched on for an hour, so I hope it continues to work as it is supposed to 🤞🏽
I ordered a gray salt lamp the day after Thanksgiving 2022, received an email in December that it would take two months to receive due to back orders. Well it’s been a little over two months and I haven’t received anything. I’m beyond disappointed. Would love to have an update or even better, the lamp I ordered.
I very much like this, but it is a good deal darker, and chiseled in such a way that much of the lamp does not show very much light. Otherwise, it’s gorgeous!

I am really happy with the grey salt lamp! I purchased it with the hope it would help with sinus and allergy symptoms, but I am also loving the look! The medium is a great size for a night stand. I would buy a larger one for other rooms in your house. Very beautiful and I am excited to see if I notice health benefits as well.

My husband and i love it! When it comes to originality, this lamp is 100% perfectly original, The only downside for me is the shipping took a month before i received it, but overall i would definitely buy it again, and yes I recommend this to a friend.
The lamp was packed securely, three layered (or was it four?) with very clear instructions. I love the lamp-it is beautiful. I was diagnosed w/ALS 3 years ago and do not sleep through the night, but lamp has genuinely helped me rst.
Love this lamp! It’s gorgeous! I love the color with and without the night on. The dimmer is pretty too because I can easily adjust the light. I bought this for myself and have bought it as a gift in the past and she loved it so much I bought one for my living room.

Great quality. Works as a perfect night light. I've gotten multiple compliments. The light does not shine through the whole rock. The top half stays grey and the bottom half lights up. I'm not sure if they all come this way or just mine did.

Came today and it's gorgeous! I just wish that the illumination had option to be brighter for when I'd like it be brighter....I think I'll get an led bulb with same wattage and see if that brightens the lamp. Ordering another for room mate.
I love this salt lamp. It’s exactly what I wanted! Because we are having this salt lamp on 24/7 it’s great that it isn’t too bright and it doesn’t bother us when we are sleeping. It gives some light but because of the brightness adjustment you can dim it.
This salt rock lamp is stunningly beautiful! I love how it's darker on the outside and then lights up a rosey-orange in the middle!
