I ordered six large salt lamps and six candle holders. This was confirmed at the time of the order. Two months after placing the order, I received a package of six candle holders (one of which is cracked and not worth the effort of trying to get replaced). A week or so later I received a package of four large salt lamps. Emails and voicemails asking how to either get a refund or the additional to salt lamps have not been responded to. Very bad experience with this company.
Saw an advertisement on Facebook.
It took over two months to get my order and one came broken . It also wasn't wrapped in bubble wrap or anything.
Shipping was very delayed and the lamp I received was really pretty ugly. I lot of it was flawed and didn’t illuminate so it looked like my lamp had a big ugly scar on it. So many of my friends have beautiful ones but mine is ugly.
Improve communication. Improve shipping time. Improve meeting order requests.

I was pleasantly surprised that it could dim. Make I vary nice night light and i already notice a difference in my kids’ sleep.

This company is the best! The product I ordered is stunning and brings such warmth to my home. The customer service is also 100% plus… my initial order never made it to my doorstep and when I called to inquire they were like no worries we will send out another… no questions asked. I almost bought from Amazon (yuck!), then found HTC online and I'm so glad I purchased all (5) of my lamps from them. Fantastic products and Caroline from their Support Team is amazing!
I LOVE this Rare Gray lamp, and will be buying more of them! They have a great look and are fantastic in the bedroom bc they aren't as bright. I'm light sensitive, and on the lowest setting (with their good dimmer - see my review of dimmers, which can vary a lot) I can sleep with it on all night. One of our cats, Oliver, like posing near it too, see photo. :-) Ours arrived with the seal on the box already broken. I was wrapping it as a gift, so I checked in with Caroline on their Support Team, to see if I needed to inspect it (I had already wrapped it). She assured me if there were any issues they would take care of them, and the lamp ended up being fine. Caroline helped with a number of issues and questions I had (see my other reviews), and she was fantastic!
Cat lamp is cute, but the version we received has VERY different ears from what's shown on the website (see my comparison photo). Caroline from HTC's Support Team was very helpful and agreed that the difference was not ideal. She offered to send a replacement and said we could also try "shaping" the ears with a damp cloth since the lamps are, of course, made of salt. We tried that, and didn't have much luck, but my wife doesn't mind enough to want it replaced. I might try to chisel the ears at some point, since I think they are kind of ugly with how flat they are.
Dog lamp is super cute! Looks like Droopy Dog, or a Clumber Spaniel. Casts a nice even glow. Ours arrived with one of the ears crunched quite a bit, but we display it with that side facing the wall.

I love the fact that the switches are dimmable. I honestly wouldn't have it any other way for a salt lamp. Unfortunately there are some quality control issues with the product. We purchased four lamps and one of them was WAY brighter than the others (see photo 1). Caroline on their Support Team (who is fantastic!) replaced it for us, but we realized the replacement didn't get as dim as the others. I then compared all five and noticed two got very dim, two got medium dim (again, see photo 1). We did try exchanging bulbs in all of these, and the results were the same, so the issue is definitely the dimmer. I then compared the two non-defective groups at their lowest and highest settings (see photos 2 & 3). I was surprised to find that the one that got dimmest also got brighter than the others. Clearly that's the best one, since it can go lower AND higher. I wish they were all like that. They do seem to be a different brand of dimmer bc they have different markings on the front and back vs the medium dim units.
It took a while to get to me, but when it finally did, it did live up to the reputation.
I love my little Mortar and Pestle set. I purchased it as a gift, but it took so long to receive it that I had to purchase a different gift and so I kept it. It's a little smaller than I thought but it does the job. I have large Rocks of salt and use it to break them down. Can't wait to breakdown some herbs I'm drying.

Love it so much!! It resembles a red-hot crucible, which is just what I was hoping for. My order was delayed due to the holidays (it was not a gift, just something for myself). There was no communication from the merchant during this delay, however as soon as I reached out about my order, they responded and got things moving for me. (Restored my confidence in this company.)

Took quite awhile but I’m so happy I finally got my replacement part! We love our salt lamp and have had it for many years! It was a gift from my precious daughter and I didn’t want to replace the whole lamp! The replacement part gives me the option to dim it or how bright I want it! Thanks you for coming through for us!
