Cat lamp is cute, but the version we received has VERY different ears from what's shown on the website (see my comparison photo). Caroline from HTC's Support Team was very helpful and agreed that the difference was not ideal. She offered to send a replacement and said we could also try "shaping" the ears with a damp cloth since the lamps are, of course, made of salt. We tried that, and didn't have much luck, but my wife doesn't mind enough to want it replaced. I might try to chisel the ears at some point, since I think they are kind of ugly with how flat they are.
