I truly appreciated the message asking if my purchase was a Christmas gift. I was worried that it wasn’t going to make it in time, but with that extra push, it got here in time to be wrapped and under the tree. We’ve already used it once and the steak was delicious!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I purchased this item as a gift and thankfully with plenty of time to spare. The 6-12 business days for delivery took almost a month. I had to consistently reach out to the company emailing numerous times and leaving a voicemail for the needle to move in fulfilling this order. A few days after I should have already received the item I sent an email to customer service (CS) and was sent an automated reply. The following day the order tracker moved to "being processed". 2 days after that I got an actual email replay form CS filled with excuses that the item was backordered and an empty promise that it would likely ship that day. Basically they created a shipping label and the item sat for another couple of days, I emailed again and eventually called leaving a voice mail (never heard back from CS). This entire mess could have been resolved with better communication... like letting customers know when an item is on backorder and offer options. Even if the gift is well received I wouldn't go through the hassle of ordering from here again.
The rock slab is Beautiful, really enhances the flavor of whatever you want to cook. Looks good in the kitchen too.
Love all things from your company I have many salt lamps and other items.
