Like the bulbs they last a long time
Good customer service
The big downside is I had to wait for a month and a half for this 15 W lightbulb to be delivered. Amazon and Walmart refused to deliver these to my ZIP Code. And it’s an hour long bus ride one way to my nearest Walmart, where I have the best chance to replacing these hard to find lightbulbs. I’m thrilled to FINALLY have a fully functional salt lamp again.
Ordered here before and it's always the packaging that is not acceptable. Package was torn and in bad shape. Light bulbs inside looked ok but hard to tell until I use them. Roll the dice....
I love my new lamp! it’s so cozy! I sleep with it on the lowest setting every night and it’s easy to turn it to a brighter setting if I need to get up. It has replaced my lamp on my night stand. It is bright enough to use as a reading lamp on a nightstand. Amazing quality. Also, customer service was great and quick to help me out.

I really like these bulbs. After a first, recent order, I ordered several more to have on hand to replace in my salt lamps. I was surprised to have to replace two of these bulbs shortly after replacing them, but it's getting colder here and I think sometimes the extreme change in temp can cause bulbs to blow prematurely? That's why I like to have extras on hand! :) So, I do feel these are high quality and will keep paying attention to how they work in the different salt lamps I have.

I leave it on all day, turn it off at bedtime because my husband doesn’t like the light even on low. I can feel that the air is cleaner now.
Bought my salt lamp a few years ago and have been very pleased with it. The only thing i don't like is having to order the bulbs from himalayan salt company. I really really wish i could go to the store and get them. Their shipping is great.

I have 5 Himalayan Trading Company salt lamps in my living room that help create a very positive and healthy environment in my house - I use their replacement bulbs because they work well with the dimmer switch on each salt lamp. I highly recommend this company and their products!
This works fine. My preferance was the dimmer base of the original because it had a cut out notch that cord went in and it sat flat on a surface. This new one I purchased with the metal beside light bulb on sides does not have the notch and causes the lamp to be unsteady which concerns me about being unsteady and the weight of the lamp sitting on the cord. I love my lamp

I love my two salt lamps that change colors. To me they add a serene and calming ambience to my bedroom and den. Much as I try, I cannot decide which hue I love the most. Himalayan Trading Company is a reliable and honest family company. I had two problems with my orders, but if you are patient they will handle the situation completely. I found after many unanswered phone calls and messages, the best way to contact them is through email. Then just wait. Being a family run business, they just don't have the staff and professional departments of other big companies. They certainly do have integrity, though, and that is so important these days. Incidentally, my little Yorkie puts himself to bed around 7:30 pm, as soon as the timer puts the salt lamp on in our bedroom. He's no scientist, but he must feel the negative ions and they please him.
The original bulb had burned out just as I turned on the grey salt lamp, but I think it was because of the extreme temperatures during delivery. So I ordered the replacement bulbs and it was very easy to insert.. The grey lamp is very nice. It is in my bedroom.
