Fine Grain:
The perfect size for tableside salt shakers, repack, and everyday use in kitchens for baking & cooking. This is an extremely versatile grain size for a range of applications. (Note: will be slightly larger than regular "table salt").
Coarse Grain:
The ideal size for grinding. Coarse grain size can be used for seasoning at the table or while cooking, recommended to be used in a ceramic salt mill or grinder.
