Nice! It'll get to you quickly, but our team needs time to pack up your order at the warehouse first. It can take around 4 business days total for your order to arrive, starting on the day you make your purchase.

Our warehouse team is working hard to get orders shipped as quickly as possible. Typically, it takes around 2 business days for an order to be fulfilled, but during busy periods or if the item is on back-order it could take longer. If it's been a week and your order still hasn't shipped, give us a shout here.

If you've received an email with tracking information, that means that our team has already packed up your order and handed it off to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc). Sometimes, USPS may not show any tracking updates except for a delivery scan. That means that your order is well on its way, and it should be arriving soon. If it's been 2 weeks and you still haven't seen a tracking update, reach out to our team here.

We wish package tracking was perfect, too. Unfortunately, there are times when USPS tracking may not be updated until the package is delivered. If your order status is 'Fulfilled', that means our warehouse team has packed it up and handed it off to the carrier (think: FedEx, UPS, USPS). Please allow up to 1 week for the tracking information to update. If it still isn't moving, you can drop us a line and we'll make sure your order is on its way!

Our team is working hard to get your order packed as quickly as possible! It usually takes around 2 business days for an order to be fulfilled. Right now, in 2022, it can take a day or two longer. You'll receive an email as soon as the order's been shipped.

We ship all orders as soon as possible, which can take up to 3 business days. Based on our warehouse location and your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.

All shipping carriers are currently experiencing delays to due higher than normal volume. Allow up to 2 weeks for arrival after your order has shipped.

Returning online orders is easy - send back your unwanted items by mail within 30 days.

A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns. Please note, some items are final sale and cannot be returned
or exchanged. Those items are marker as such.
