As bulbs go, this is fine. My problem is that I ordered and paid for 4 extra bulbs, and when I opened the package to get a replacement for the one that broke inside the lamp just shipped, I found only 3. I’m sorry this happened. I won’t write a bad review for a company so please double check your packaging before shipping. I ordered 2 large lamps, and only received One. The second one arrived today with tiny shards of glass in the box from the bulb. Otherwise I would not have needed to open the replacement box. I won’t be ordering direct again. Perhaps I can find your product locally.

The original bulb had burned out just as I turned on the grey salt lamp, but I think it was because of the extreme temperatures during delivery. So I ordered the replacement bulbs and it was very easy to insert.. The grey lamp is very nice. It is in my bedroom.

1) Can’t tell the benefits of the lamps if they are genuine yet!
2) Still confused between the real lamps and the fake ones. Do they feel different by touching, if nothing else?
3) The delivery time and packaging were very good.
4) I like the aesthetics of both lamps and enjoy looking at them, after all.
5) Would be nice if your correspondence staff(s) to omit the word “HEY” as a reference to your customers, and have them use “check spell” when replying back.
